Trong lúc thực tập, bởi vì tụi mình làm việc theo nhóm nên mình học và trau dồi kỹ năng làm việc nhóm của bản thân rất nhiều. Trước tiên, từng người trong nhóm sẽ dịch và viết thành những bản nháp trước. Sau đó, cả nhóm sẽ ngồi lại để đọc và chỉnh lại những chỗ có lỗi sai. Quá trình này được lặp đi lặp lại nhiều lần nếu cần thiết trước khi tụi mình đưa ra bản chính thức. Bằng cách làm việc theo hệ thống như vậy, nhóm tụi mình mới có thể theo kịp khối lượng công việc và đưa ra những bản dịch tốt nhất. Cũng nhờ cách làm việc nhóm, mình đã học được rất nhiều từ những người bạn của mình. Bởi vì cả nhóm thường chia sẻ những bản dịch cá nhân riêng với nhau, nên mình có thể nghe và xem xét những cách hiểu, cách nhìn khác nhau khi dịch, và cuối cùng sẽ bàn bạc với nhau để cùng đưa ra một hướng dịch cụ thể. Mình còn được tiếp xúc với nhiều ý kiến và cách hành văn khác nhau của các thành viên trong nhóm nữa. Sau 2 tháng thực tập, mình thấy bản thân mình thật sự đã được phát triển và nhận lại nhiều lợi ích hơn hẳn những gì mình từng tưởng tượng nữa.
