The course provides students with general knowledge about e-commerce, its application and project implementation in this area. Students can apply the knowledge to the development of e-commerce strategies in businesses, and effective implementation strategies in enhancing competitiveness in the digital age.

The course is designed to provide learners with language skills and knowledge to negotiate and persuade successfully in business. In terms of language, the course helps learners master and use fluently the terms, phrases, structures, languages and gestures commonly employed in negotiation situations such as exchanging information, making requests, verifying, making a proposal, making an agreement, countering an argument, persuading, etc. Moreover, through practical simulation activities and group discussion, learners can improve their communication skills and situation analysis skills in order to succeed in negotiations and persuasion.

Business Psychology course is designed to help students gain fundamental knowledge  of people psychology - subjects of executive management, and customer psychology. The course introduces the entire psychological life of a person as an individual, including psychological processes, psychological states and psychological attributes, together with their rules, mechanisms and characteristics. Students will then apply these to studying basic issues of organizing businesses, human resources management, financial management, marketing, and training potential employees for businesses, etc.

The course provides students with an introduction to the main operations of a bank including banking services and products, types of customers, operating accounts, lending and securities. Students are introduced to techniques and tools which are used in banking operations. The course also enables students to evaluate practices of banking and finance.
