Overview

The course is designed to provide learners with language skills and knowledge to negotiate and persuade successfully in business. In terms of language, the course helps learners master and use fluently the terms, phrases, structures, languages and gestures commonly employed in negotiation situations such as exchanging information, making requests, verifying, making a proposal, making an agreement, countering an argument, persuading, etc. Moreover, through practical simulation activities and group discussion, learners can improve their communication skills and situation analysis skills in order to succeed in negotiations and persuasion.
