Around 5 am on July 6th, on the National Highway No.1, crescent road to Ha Tinh City, the part through Thach Linh Ward, an accident between a lorry and a container truck caused one dead and two injured.
Upon arriving in Thach Linh Ward, the 39-year-old driver Tran Quoc Toan’s North-South lorry (from in Hung Yen City, Hung Yen Province) suddenly hit directly with the container truck driven by the 35-year-old driver Ho Quang Tung (from Dien Chau district, Nghe An province) to the opposite direction.
