If someone asks me what makes me feel mature throughout my student life, I will not hesitate to answer that it is my nearly two-month internship - a period is neither short nor long. A senior like me has realized a lot of the "first things" that I need for my future ahead. It was my first step towards reality, and it was not as easy as I thought.

Viet Uc Translation Company is the place where I decided to expose myself to practice. Although it is not a big company, I have learned a lot from this place. From the competence, the professional level, the work attitudes to the responsibility and the respect to the customers of each member in the company, all are worth learning and admiring. That is one of the "first things" I have learned from strangers and a new strange environment. Moreover, the members of the company are very busy but still very caring and friendly. I feel really lucky to be able to join this warm "family". Thanks to that, I feel more comfortable and natural to learn and improve myself in this internship.

Another luck is that I was able to practice with my five classmates and be guided by a familiar and enthusiastic lecturer. Great! The six of us have been together for nearly four years in the university auditorium, and now being in an internship at the same company. It is a surprise and luck for me. Because of being classmates, we were able to work together freely. There are many "first things" that we go through together. Those were the first new challenges in a new field - Notarized Translation. Those were the hasty meals that each of us cooked and brought along because the food in Saigon is too expensive. Those were tolerance, help and understanding for each other during practice. Besides my friends, Ms Phuong Thao, our supervisor, was always by my side. She has always encouraged, cared and supported us a lot. I am very grateful to her. And there are so many other beautiful things that make me smile happily every time I recall. I will always remember this time as a milestone marking my maturity.

I believe that whether happy or sad, the internship will be an indelible mark in every student's memory. For me, it was the most meaningful time in my entire student life because I felt my change from thought to perspective. And it is a pity that our internship took place during the outbreak of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), so we all still have not had an opportunity to get together to organize a proper farewell party. Wish you all well and look forward to seeing you all soon!
