Sheraton Phu Quoc is recruiting interns who can start in November 2025 or December 2025 or January 2026.
Departments accepting interns: Front Office (FO) – Lobby, Food & Beverage (F&B), Housekeeping (HK), Culinary, Human Resources (HR), Finance, Recreation, Spa (Reception).
Languages: English, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese.
Number of interns: Depending on the school’s arrangement or the actual number of registrations.
Internship program benefits at Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort:
- Round-trip ticket (for interns who complete the program on time)
- Meals: 3 meals per day
- Accommodation: staff housing area
- Allowance: 2.5 million VND per month for a 3-month internship and 4 million VND per month for a 6-month internship (1 million VND per month for internships from 2 to under 3 months)
- Daily working hours: 9.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, with daily shuttle service to work and for meals
- Internship duration: 3 months or longer
- Participation in other company activities/events
- Internship Completion Certificate
Process:

- Sheraton conducts interviews with the relevant departments
- Determine internship duration
- Students prepare internship documents
- On the day of arrival at Phu Quoc airport, students will be taken to the staff housing area to rest
- On the first day of work, students participate in orientation and receive the schedule by department and start working with the department.
