Last Wednesday, October 30th, the Step Up Club hosted a thrilling Halloween event at 5.30 p.m. in room A105. Designed to engage and connect new members, the event grouped participants from different departments into teams, giving them a chance to work with peers they may not have known well. Together, they tackled riddles and obstacles throughout Block A.
This year’s Halloween party featured language skill challenges and utilized school landmarks as clues. Each puzzle required keen observation and sensitivity; it became an ideal opportunity to identify emerging leaders among new members. Also, the team assignments fostered teamwork and helped every member bond as they worked through the challenges.
During the game, the interaction between seniors and new members not only enriched the event experience but also provided newcomers with a behind-the-scenes look at event planning and execution.
As the celebration concluded successfully, it left a lasting impression on new members, encouraging them to contribute their distinctive ideas for future events.
