In order to collect and answer students’ questions about learning, training, statutes, regulations, policies, rights and benefits, and receive students’ ideas and opinions to better the quality of teaching, learning and student services, the Faculty of Foreign Languages is going to organize an official meeting between the Faculty’s management board, lecturers and students. Specific information related to this meeting is as follows.

The Admissions and Student Affairs Office has finished the consideration and announced the expected list of students who are eligible for the Encouragement scholarship for the first semester of the Academic Year 2020-2021.

ASTRO SAIGON Co., Ltd. awards "Scholarship for Disadvantaged Students" to support students with high academic achievement and financial hardships. Scholarship value: VND 96,000,000 for 16 slots (VND 6,000,000 per student in 12 months), divided into VND 500,000 per month for 12 months. 
The Admissions and Student Affairs Office would like to inform the Faculties/ Centres about the scholarship selection process as follows:

- Full-time students

The Academic Affairs Office will allow students to withdraw their enrolled courses on https://online.hcmute.edu.vn/.
The time for course withdrawal starts from 9:00 November 16, 2020 to 7:30 November 23, 2020 (students still have to pay tuition fee for the withdrawn courses).
Instructions:
✓ Students log in to https://online.hcmute.edu.vn/ (please refer to the attached instruction file).
✓ Course units which were withdrawn by students shall be marked as “RT” by the Academic Affairs Office.
