I would like to get my equivalence course form confirmed by FFL. However, I understand that the university is not always open due to the Covid-19 outbreak. When should I pay a visit to FFL office?

You do not need to go to FFL office for this confirmation. You can do it online instead. Please use the email from HCMUTE and send your form to FFL. The faculty will consider it and get it back to you. This can also be done at any time if you do not want to visit FFL office.
