Overview

The course is designed for the second-year English majored students in the fourth semester aiming at enhancing the Japanese ability of students who have finished Japanese 1 course. This course fosters students’ ability to communicate in Japanese at elementary level. The course also provides the students with familiar topics related to house, time, hobby, etc.

G2	Communicate face-to-face and talk about oneself, their family, etc. Read short paragraphs, passages. Write simple sentences and short paragraphs.
G3	Develop self-study, teamwork, discussion and presentation skills. Form perception about the roles of Japanese in their future professional development.
