1. Eligibility
Students facing financial hardship: 3,000,000 VND/student
- Students from poor or near-poor households
- Low-income families (from 700,000 to 1,300,000 VND per month)
- Students experiencing the loss of a parent and the other being unable to cover for the whole family.
- Parents of students who have terminal illnesses and require financial assistance for long-term treatment.
Students facing extreme financial hardship: 6,000,000 VND/student
- Families with income below 700,000 VND for rural areas and less than 900,000 VND for urban areas
- Students experiencing the loss of a parent and the other parent being unable to cover for the whole family.
- Parents of students who have terminal illnesses and require financial assistance for long-term treatment.
- Families experiencing financial hardship as a consequence of serious illness, accidents, or natural disasters.
2. Application:
- A scholarship consideration form (full name, student ID, major, BIDV account number in the East Saigon branch, phone number, permanent address, and expected scholarship range)
- A locally certified proof of the current situation
3. Submission to:
- Office of the Faculty of Foreign Languages (Room A1-401 at the central building), Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, No. 1 Vo Van Ngan, Linh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc District.
