The course provides students with the basic knowledge of international logistics and supply chain management including international logistics techniques, packaging, insurance in international trade, customs procedures and security. The course also covers the role of international logistics and supply chain management in business, competitive advantage in international trade.

This internship course aims to enable students of Business English major to approach and integrate into the real business environments in foreign-related enterprises, where they have the opportunity to apply their previously acquired knowledge and skills to business activities. During the course, students will have a chance to conduct surveys, do research and analyze the current issues in the enterprise, based on which they can propose some solutions to the problems. As a result, they can gain hands-on work experience and be more well-prepared for their future career.

The course is designed to highlight the learning objectives, requirements and professional orientation in English Applied Linguistics program at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education . In this course, students are provided with fundamental knowledge of Translation and Interpretation as well as Business fields in a systematic, scientific, complete and detailed way with practical situations. The course also aims to introduce the students to the methods and learning skills in general and the method of learning English in particular at the university level to help students achieve the desired results in order to gain general knowledge, necessary professional skills, as well as future career attitudes.

This course provides students with a basic knowledge of investment analysis and procedures for evaluating activities of domestic and international investment. The course enables students to make forecasts for changes in the field of investment. Students have the opportunity to practice analyzing the effectiveness of investment activities.

The course is designed for the second-year English majored students in the fourth semester in order to continue enhancing the Japanese ability of students who finished the courses of Japanese 1 and 2. This course also aims at enhancing students’ Japanese communication ability at elementary level. In addition, the course provides the students with familiar topics related to famous places, shopping, travel, etc.
