FFL has announced the requirements and plan for thesis registration in the academic year 2021-2022.

Students should study the enclosed announcement carefully, as the requirements are specifically different in each training program. 

Common requirements include GPA of at least 7.0 (10-mark scale) and no major disciplinary incidents. 

FFL has announced the sub-major selection plan for English Linguistics students of the 2021 cohort. 

According to the plan, as of their second semester, the mentioned students have to choose one of the two training programs: either Translation and Interpreting - specialized in technical fields (Class code: 21131 TI) or Business English (Class code: 21161 BE).

Registration must be made no later than 29/12/2021, through this form.

BHWH Vietnam Co., Ltd has announced the opening of application for internship in the first quarter of 2022. Interested students should refer to the company’s announcement for application process. 

Some useful notes for applicants:

HCMUTE has recently re-published its procedure for students’ temporary leave, permanent withdrawal and study resumption upon the opening of the new school year.

Those who decide to stop their study temporarily for some time or withdraw from school permanently will have to follow a 4-step procedure issued by the university.

Students should study the detailed procedure in the enclosed document.

The Admission and Students Affairs Office has updated the guidelines on registration for teacher education scheme for students of cohort 2021. 

FFL students majored in TESOL can register for a supporting scheme covering the tuition fees and living expenses, a policy pursuant to Decree No. 116/2020/ND-CP dated 25/9/2020 issued by the government.

The grant includes 8-semester tuition fees and no more than 10-month living expenses/year.

Sinh viên được phép chuyển ngành nếu thỏa 1 trong 2 điều kiện sau: (1) Sinh viên thỏa điểm chuẩn đầu vào của ngành chuyển đến và có lý do chính đáng được sự đồng ý của phụ huynh và khoa quản sinh viên; (2) Sau khi học hết năm thứ nhất, sinh viên thỏa điểm trung bình năm học trước đó đạt từ 8.50 điểm trở lên đối với ngành kinh tề, Ngôn ngữ Anh hoặc đạt từ 8.00 điểm trở lên đối với khối ngành kỹ thuật, đồng thời thỏa số tín chỉ tích lũy năm học đạt từ 30 tín chỉ trở lên, có điểm rèn luyện từ 80 điểm trở lên.
