The 4th Language Learning and Teaching 2024 (ICOLLT 4.0), held in Hotel Perdana KLCC, Kuala Lumpur KLCC from May 20, 2024, to May 21, 2024 has been a great success. This international conference is hosted by the Centre for Modern Languages, University of Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), in collaboration with the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), Indonesia, and the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE), Vietnam.

Following the successful visit of  Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) delegation to Mahasarakham University - Thailand (MSU) in July 2023, on April 4, 2024, the leaders of Mahasarakham University visited HCMUTE and signed a Memorandom of Understanding (MOU) of cooperation.
