All students fall into one of the following cases will be expelled from university
- Receive 3 consecutive warnings
- Exceed the time allowed to attend university in accordance with Article 6 of the Implementation Guidelines
- Be disciplined for the second time due to taking the exam for others or having others take the exam for you, in accordance with the Term of Clause 2 Article 29 of the Law on Higher Education ; or be disciplined to the extent that the student is removed from the university's student list.
Exclusively for students of the class of 2021
A. Students will be warned if falling into any of the following cases:
- The total number of failed credits exceeds 50% of that of registered credits in the semester, or the total number of owed credits from the beginning of the course exceeds 24 credits
- The semester GPA is below 0.8 for the first semester of the course, and below 1.0 for the next semesters.
- The cumulative GPA is below 1.2 for first-year students, below 1.4 for second-year students, below 1.6 for third-year students, and below 1.8 for students in the following years
B. Students will be expelled if falling into any of the following cases:
- Receive 3 consecutive warnings
- Exceed the time allowed to attend university in accordance with the Clause 8 Article 2 of the Law on Higher Education
- Be handled for violations in accordance with the Clauses 2 and 3, Article 2 of the Law on Higher Education
