HCMUTE has recently re-published its procedure for students’ temporary leave, permanent withdrawal and study resumption upon the opening of the new school year.

Those who decide to stop their study temporarily for some time or withdraw from school permanently will have to follow a 4-step procedure issued by the university.

Students should study the detailed procedure in the enclosed document.

The Admission and Students Affairs Office has updated the guidelines on registration for teacher education scheme for students of cohort 2021. 

FFL students majored in TESOL can register for a supporting scheme covering the tuition fees and living expenses, a policy pursuant to Decree No. 116/2020/ND-CP dated 25/9/2020 issued by the government.

The grant includes 8-semester tuition fees and no more than 10-month living expenses/year. 

The documents required for registration, deadline and further information can be found in the ASAO’s enclosed announcement. 

1. Required documents
 - A valedictorian certificate certified by HoChiMinh city University of Technology and Education
- An authenticated copy of a Household Registration Book and an identification card
- An authenticated copy of poor, relatively poor, or ethnic minority Household   
  Registration Books
- Certificates of awards (if any)
- An application letter
2. Deadline: Application must be submitted no later than 10/12/2021.
