Overview

This course provides students with grammatical structures and terminology used in international business contracts and related rules and laws. During the course, students’ listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation skills will be developed and reinforced in order to enable them to apply previously learned knowledge in business environments. After the course, students can be able to draft some kinds of English business contracts in compliance with the laws.
